Embedding Diversity in Youth Work

This training course will introduce participants to the use of a Diversity Toolkit 'Access All Areas' for carrying out a diversity assessment on their youth group or organisation. It will help participants to develop an action plan based on identified gaps in their service and will present practical ways to achieve new diversity goals.

Duration: One day

Course fee: €50 per person or €400 per organisation.

Designed for: Individuals who engage with young people in out of school settings

Numbers: The minimum number of participants that is required to run this course successfully is 10 and the maximum 25.
